The first Tournament of the 2010 Touch Series was held at Jamwon on Saturday in perfect Spring weather.  Eight teams fought out the Cup & Plate Competitions with the 3 Alley Dutch Rudders continuing their streak from last year over the Seoul Survivors in the Cup Final, and the IGRC (Ilsan Gentlemans' Rugby Club) overcoming the Seoul Gaels (doing some cross training) in a hotly contested Plate Final.

It was great to see a lot of old and new faces participating in the tournament.  The Hangang Exiles, along with the SS Challengers brought a few old faces out of "retirement" and put in a good showing.  Suwon Stormers were consistant in reaching the finals and put up a good fight against the eventual Cup winners in the Semi finals.  Die Vraag continued to show they will be a force in future tournaments and were the best dressed on the day with their team kit for 2010 showing a new level of professionalism.

The After-Tournament function at Sam Ryan's in Itaewon was a great success and will be our home base going forward this year.....Appreciate the support !
